My garden has always been a place of beauty and refuge. Plants seem delicate and frail but they are incredibly resilient and will grow up through cracks of pavement, carry their seeds great distances, and propagate regardless of our attempts to thwart them. Not only are plants persistent, they are incredibly beautiful and diverse in design. Watching things grow and die back in seasonal rhythms connects us to the rhythms of life.
